PMLVP75C is a white viscous slurry, composed of Rutile Pigmentary Grade Titanium Dioxide treated with Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate (ITT) and dispersed in Isododecane. This dispersion offers full color development, better stability, improved gloss, and ease of use for color cosmetics. It is recommended for use in cold emulsions and may also be used in anhydrous volatile systems.
