Chione™ HD Graphic Blue is an effect pigment composed of titanium dioxide coated onto a synthetic mica subtrate. The Result is a very bright clean color, due to the transparency of the substrate. Chione™ HD Graphic Blue is ideal for use in cosmetics and personal care products where a clean, high chroma effect is desired. This pigment can be used alone, or in combination with any other BASF cosmetic effect pigments to create new color spaces and/or effects.
