RADIANCE CR is a fine, white to off-white powder. It consists of a stabilized (phosphorylated) sodium salt of L-ascorbic acid (STAY-C® 50) and D-biotin (Co-N'Zyme™ R) on a carrier of D-mannitol (20-50%). It is soluble in water and is sensitive to air, light, and humidity. RADIANCE CR is used as a multi-functional cosmetic active ingredient for water-based skin care preparations, especially those to improve the appearance of age spots, skin tone, and to lighten the skin. It should be added to the preparation at a temperature below 40°C, and at a recommended addition rate of 1-5%.
