DOWSIL™ 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomers (dimethicone crosspolymer) in low viscosity dimethicone. It contributes a silky, smooth feel in formulations, long-lasting skin feel, provides thickening in anhydrous and w/o emulsion formulations and can be used in either hot or cold processes. Skin care, color cosmetics and antiperspirants & deodorants are the recommended uses for this product.
