KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO BlueOrange-I2 is a free flowing powder that has a 30-120μm particle size range and is composed of Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Silica, Titanium Dioxide, and Iron Oxide (C.I. 77491). It is a rich, iridescent pearlescent pigment that exhibits color travel from its predominant color, Blue, to the other color in the product name, Orange. It offers intense, brilliant color and luster for a variety of color cosmetic products such as lipsticks, foundations, face powders, eye, nail, hair, body, and toiletry products. It is surface treated with Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate (ITT) Treatment which gives lipophilic properties for ease of dispersion in esters, mineral oils and hydrocarbons.
