NOMCORT HP-30 is a colorless liquid that is odorless, or has a slightly characteristic odor. It is superior in safety and solubility, similar texture to squalane. It contains dl-α-tocopherol (approx. 50ppm). NOMCORT HP-30 is recommended for creams, milk lotions, lipsticks, lip glosses, foundations, oil based facial cleansers, and sunscreens.
