DOWICIL™ 150 Antimicrobial is a broad spectrum, highly effective biocide useful for the preservation of water-containing products such as polymer latexes and emulsion systems, water-based paints, coatings, adhesives, metalworking fluids, textile spin-finish solutions, detergents and floor wax polishes, adhesives, laundry starch, construction materials, and coatings, finishes and printing colors for pulp and paper. DOWICIL 150 Antimicrobial is effective over a wide pH range, and provides broad protection against bacteria and fungi including yeasts. DOWICIL 150 Antimicrobial is a high concentration, free flowing powder, readily dispersible and highly water-soluble formulation of the cis isomer of 1-(3-chloroallyl)-3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane.
