Description Buna^® CB 530 T is a Lithium Butadiene Rubber.

The rubber is protected by a stabiliser system which is in chemical compliance with the FDA regulation §177.2600 "Rubber articles intended for repeated use", the recommendation VI of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment and the Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and amendments until today.

 Application  Buna^® CB 530 T is used for the production of HIPS particularly to attain an improved stress cracking resistance. It can be used either alone or in blend with Buna^® CB 565 T or with SB-Polymers to achieve polystyrene with improved surface gloss.  Solubility  Buna^® CB 530 T rubber is soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons, styrene, toluene, tetrahydrofurane, methylene chloride, 1,1,1-trichloroethane and cyclohexane, and is insoluble in alcohols and water.
