Saliguard® CGZ is a paraben free, formaldehyde free preservative with broad spectrum activity that is made from a combination of Caprylyl Glycol and 1,3 Propane Diol. This clear, colorless liquid is soluble in mainly alcohols and glycols and is sparingly soluble in water. This product can be used in leave-on and rinse-off formulations at a dosage of 0.75% to 1.25% with a pH range of 3.0-10.0 in a wide range of applications in hair care, skin care and sun care products.
