This patent pending treatment renders the pigments and powders hydrophobic and lipophilic. Due to its hydrophobic and lipophilic properties, a higher pigment loading can be achieved. In addition, 11SP also offers the ability to make a pressed powder using dimethicone as the sole liquid binder, while providing an ultra creamy feel with excellent spreadability without a glazing effect.
